Cannabis properties bond well to fats so butter is often used to extract the properties for food items. For Cannabis oil, they can use an extraction process similar to essentials oils. Those are the only two methods I use.
Sounds good to me, I should definitely see if I can find the chocolate or mix the oil with chocolate myself. It can be a little hard to stomach in the morning in oil form because of the bitter taste.

I don't smoke either and won't in any near future. I quit smoking 7 years ago and don't plan to start again, plus it's a very bad idea with the illness I am taking the Cannabis oil for in the first place. Vaping doesn't appeal to me and is too expensive. Besides, the only way to get bagged Cannabis is illegal and CBD oil is not over here.

I have used it for a week now, and I have indeed noticed an improvement to my mood and energy levels. Very pleasant. I hope that with time it will help me reduce the inflammation from my illness too. I might need a higher dose for that though, we will see.
I will definitely try several brands to see which one works best.
Rainerann wrote:The first couple times I used a THC/CBD blend, I did feel a little high for a bit, but then my tolerance increased and I don't feel that way anymore. I take a very little bit of that at a time too, but I enjoy it in the evening. It helps me sleep well.
That sounds good to me as I take medication that makes sleeping difficult at times, so maybe I will buy a small extra bottle with THC for the night. Thanks for the tip
Rainerann wrote:I am very happy with it myself. The main thing I don't like about other medication even when they do what they are supposed to, is the side effects and the hangover feeling. With CBD, I have no side effects. I can take it in the middle of the day and not feel hungover when it wears off, and it helps me to be much more productive and not so distracted by pain.
I noticed that too, it's much better than other painkillers that make you sluggish and unfocused. I do not understand why the medical world is so sceptical of it, especially CBD. You would say it's way better than medication derived from the opium plant like tramadol and it's cousins.
Trying this out does make me feel that they are really out there for the money too..
