Yeah I can tell that the person is bending over, I can see their back and the shadow that's being casted in the water. It looks to be a woman perhaps, looks like they're wearing a tank top. Could be a man though. Now the way that it is dragged from the beginning of the trail has it going into two directions once it gets to the end of it at the dock. That's where it gets hard at. It does look like a dead dog from what I can tell.
